Our Promise We want you to feel confident ordering from Tool Hack. If something isn't right, contact us and we'll work with you to fix it.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email ads.xavian@gmail.com or call (307) 228-1990 within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund. You do not need to ship a damaged aerosol can back to us.

Unopened Returns — 30 Days You may return an unopened, unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. The safety seal must be intact. Contact us first at ads.xavian@gmail.com to start a return; we will reply with instructions. Because bear spray is a pressurized aerosol, it must be returned by ground service only. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.

Items We Cannot Accept Back For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of bear spray that has been opened, used or had its safety seal removed.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't seen your refund, please contact us.

Exchanges The fastest way to switch options (for example, from Orange Spray Only to the Blue Complete Kit) is to contact us before your order ships. After shipping, return the unopened item as described above and place a new order.
