Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery Time Standard shipping takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Delivery may take longer during peak seasons and holidays.

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 pay a shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Ground Shipping Only Bear deterrent spray is a pressurized aerosol and ships by ground service only. It cannot be shipped by air.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.

Where We Ship We currently ship within the United States from multiple U.S. warehouse locations.

Delays We do our best to meet estimated delivery times, but we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather or other events outside our control.
